Our pizzas are made to order using fresh dough made from 00 grade caputo Italian flour, fermented over days to extract the maximum flavours that emerge slowly and then baked to perfection in our Woodstone wood fired oven using only the finest fresh ingredients sourced locally and imported.
At the centre of Brezzi's Wood Fired Pizza is The Oven. The Wood Stone Oven came from Washington in the US. Everything tastes better from a wood fired oven. Pizza crusts become irresistibly light and crisp. Pizza toppings become perfectly mouth-wateringly caramelized. Intense heat of over 500°C locks in the natural and and smoky flavours.
